This Privacy Policy explains how Aaga ("Aaga", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit aaga.one (the "Site") or contact us through it. If you have questions, write to contact@aaga.one.
Who we are
Aaga is an AI, software and digital marketing services company based in India. For personal data collected through the Site, Aaga is the data fiduciary (under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and the data controller (under the EU/UK GDPR, where it applies).
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on the Site (contact, consultation, project enquiry, landing pages or newsletter), we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, website, the service you are interested in, budget, timeline and your message. Whether you agreed to receive our newsletter is recorded too.
Information collected automatically. With each form submission we record the page you were on, how you reached the Site (landing page, referrer, campaign/UTM parameters and ad click identifiers such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok click IDs), when you first visited and how many visits you made, the date and time, your browser type (user agent) and an approximate location (country and city) derived from your IP address. We do not store your IP address itself.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data (such as financial, health or government identity information) through the Site. Please don't include it in your messages.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- To send you our newsletter and marketing emails, only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To measure the effectiveness of our marketing, where you have consented to marketing cookies.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
Our legal bases are your consent (newsletter, analytics and marketing cookies), the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract (enquiries), and our legitimate interests in running and securing our business (where the GDPR applies).
Cookies
The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar storage:

Analytics, marketing and attribution storage are used only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Until then, Google receives only cookieless, aggregated signals (Google Consent Mode). You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer (withdrawing consent also deletes the stored attribution data), or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Aaga platform / CRM, where enquiries are stored and managed, and the tools it syncs with for email and customer communication.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that serve the Site.
- Google (Analytics, Ads), Microsoft (Clarity), Meta and LinkedIn, only for the cookies you accept.
- Zoho (SalesIQ live chat), if you use the chat.
- Professional advisers or authorities, when required by law.
Some of these providers process data outside India. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, and for up to 3 years after our last contact unless the law requires longer. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for the periods set in the tools we use (for Google Analytics, 14 months).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and get a summary of how it is used.
- Correct or update it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw consent at any time (for example, unsubscribe or change your cookie settings). This does not affect processing before you withdrew.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format (GDPR).
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity (DPDP Act).
- Complain to a data protection authority, such as the Data Protection Board of India or your local EU/UK authority.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, including our clients' sites and social media. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.
